Only about three weeks remain until the next Galaxy Unpacked event in London, which, in addition to new foldables, will also bring us the Galaxy Watch 9 and the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2. While the former apparently sticks with a tried-and-tested look in terms of design, the Apple Watch Ultra competitor has been combined with the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic design and now looks a little more “classic” as a render leak showed last week.
Prospective buyers will certainly have plenty of choices when it comes to watch bands, as a new leak from Android Headlines suggests. They have published a total of 60 images of new watch bands for Samsung’s two 2026 smartwatches which fall into roughly six categories. Not all of them are available for both the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and the Galaxy Watch9; in general, those for the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 feature an Ultra mark clearly visible on the band, while those for the Galaxy Watch 9 do not. The connector appears to be unchanged from last year and continues to differ between the Galaxy Watch and the Galaxy Watch Ultra.
Sporty Band
First, we see images of a Sporty Band for both Galaxy Watch models. It will be available at least in orange, green, black, blue and cream and resembles the Marine Band for the Galaxy Watch Ultra.
Hybrid Band
Same as last year there will also be new hybrid bands in 2026 that look like leather but are suitable for sports activities. At least four rather earthy looking colors are apparently available: beige, black, brown and grey.
Galaxy Watch9 in Pastel Colors
Exclusively for the new Galaxy Watch 9, several bands in pastel colors will apparently be available, including light yellow, blue, green and white.
New Sport Band
A redesign with a slight concavity in the middle will be the default Sport Band option this year. According to the leak, it will be available at least in dark yellow and green, light blue and black.
Fabric Band
There will also be an apparently unchanged Fabric Band for both Samsung wearables, likewise available at least in black, blue, green and beige.
Trail Band for the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2
The final option will be a Trail Band for the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, which, according to the leak, will be available in orange, black, green and blue.
