State infrastructure financing firm PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (PT SMI) President Director Reynaldi Hermansjah has been appointed to the Advisory Board of the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ) Asia Pacific Network, according to a social media post and an appointment letter dated July 13.
“Humbled to be appointed as a member of the GFANZ Asia Pacific Network Advisory Board. I look forward to contributing and collaborating with fellow members to advance our shared objectives,” Hermansjah said in a LinkedIn post.
In a letter confirming the appointment, GFANZ Vice Chair Mary Schapiro said the advisory board provides strategic direction to the Asia Pacific Regional Network on sustainable finance and capital mobilization. It brings together senior financial sector leaders to guide the network’s priorities and strengthen engagement with governments and financial institutions across the region.
The letter said Hermansjah’s experience in infrastructure and sustainable investing in Indonesia would support the board’s work.
GFANZ is a global coalition of financial institutions launched in 2021 to mobilize private capital for the transition to net zero emissions by 2050. Its Asia Pacific Network, established in 2022, works with financial institutions and policymakers across the region to advance transition finance and investment in low carbon projects.
