Thanks to the additional motion sensor on the waist, Amazfit aims to track strength and cardio workouts with higher precision. This sensor allows the Helio Strap Pro to better assess core stability and the strain on various muscles.
The Amazfit Helio Strap Pro also offers most of the features already familiar from the Helio Strap – heart rate can be monitored around the clock, and sleep and recovery are tracked as well. This allows the Amazfit HybridCharge Index to be calculated, which indicates current training capacity on an easy-to-understand scale from 0 to 100 points.
